Electron Microscopy Sciences Immuno Stain Moisture Chamber Black
Low-cost, high precision moisture chamber for ten slides. Each moisture chamber is divided into ten individual compartments with approximately half-inch empty space between the compartments. When the chamber lid is closed, eight barrier dividers are placed into the empty spaces between the microscope slide compartments completely isolating all compartments. Desirable for immuno staining.
The microscope slides are placed on four pedestal posts and four corner posts each 0.460 inch (11.5 mm) high thus raising the surface of the slides approximately half-inch off the floor to keep the slides away from the water below and to make the slides easily retrievable (either by hand or by forcep). The chamber is fabricated out of heavy-duty polystyrene with an air-tight design to keep moisture in. The chambers are designed to be stackable in order to save counter and/or refrigerator space.

The EasyDip Slide Staining system has a square staining jar and a 12-position vertical slide staining rack. Jars can be loosely joined to each other laterally.
The Staining Jar is made of acetal plastic and resists attacks from most staining reagents including alcohol and xylenes but not phenols. The wide stable base offers stability while the inside is recessed, allowing for a smaller reagent volume of only 80 ml. Ideal for frozen sections, small jobs, and special processes.
The EasyDip Slide Staining Rack will hold up to 12 slides of 25x75 mm with a thickness of 1.0 to 1.2 mm. These racks are safe up to 120 deg C. The lid completely covers the EasyDip Slide Staining Jar to minimize spill and evaporation. Handle is permanently attached to the rack for easy insertion or removal of the slide. A square staining jar and a 12-position vertical slide staining rack.

The Martius Scarlet Blue (MSB) technique proves to be a dependable approach for distinguishing between fresh and aged fibrin clusters. It achieves this differentiation by employing Martius Yellow, which selectively stains erythrocytes and early fibrin deposits. The staining process involves the utilization of dyes of varying molecular sizes: Crystal Scarlet, a medium-sized molecule dye, and larger molecule dyes like Phosphotungstic Acid and Aniline Blue. This trichrome-type staining results in red-colored fibrin and muscle tissues. On the other hand, collagen and older fibrin clusters take on a blue hue.The Martius Scarlet Blue (MSB) staining method serves as a valuable tool for visualizing fibrin, particularly the older clusters. The associated stain kit is designed to facilitate the histological demonstration of fibrin, muscle, collagen, and erythrocytes.
